About Jeremy

Actor Jeremy Glazer was born and raised in Huntington, NY. That's on Long Island. The younger of 2 brothers, Jeremy was the artistic one. Throughout his education, he got involved in everything; student government, school plays, tennis team, youth groups and went to sports camp in the Blue Ridge Mountains of West Virginia up until the age of 16.

After high school, he attended the University of Delaware with no idea what career to choose. Acting was brewing in him, but he was encouraged that being an actor should be an 'avocation,' a side job.

Gotta love the parents for only trying to look out for their little boy. So, at this liberal arts college, he tried a few studies out until it hit him, 'If I can't be an actor, I can still be in the business!'

Right away he contacted his brother, Danny, who fortunately followed the love of his life out to L.A. Jeremy visited and found an internship and shacked up with the big brother.

Each summer he went back to L.A. interning and serving coffee at Starbucks trying to find out which branch of entertainment would work, as long as it's not being an actor of course.

Graduation from UD came in 2000 and one month later, Jeremy was residing in L.A. He did odd jobs for a few months and got hired at United Artists Talent Agency - which he turned down because being an agent didn't sit right. He landed a job as a Production Assistant at Paramount Pictures. Jeremy messengered around on their production golf carts, worked in their offices and on sets absorbing anything he could.

After a year and by job number three at the studio, he was the executive PA for Staley/Long (producers of 'Cheers') and talked to the actors coming in to read for their pilot. Another revelation hit home 'Wait a minute, I'm not living at home and I'm supporting myself. I can do whatever I want!'

Acting finally stepped in, and 7 years of training and working as an actor is what brings us to the here and now!
